Q: I am very light complected with reddish hair. Would this work for me?

I think if you usually use cool tones the left two shades would work great. I’m more light than fair, but I tend to mix the bottom left and bottom right shades. The middle shade in the bottom row is definitely way too dark for me. Hope this helps!

Q: do all the highlighter shades are shimmery?

No, only the lightest highlighter on the top right is shimmery. The other two are matte.

Q: Will the hair on the brush fall off?

That has not happened to me yet. I am still gentle with it, but so far no shedding, and have owned the palette for about a year.
