Great stethoscope distractor in pediatric clinics: they're bright, cheerful, make a white clear light to look in little mouths or check pupils, and give me an excuse to sing the rubber duckie song. They're also easy to clean after little people have played with them while I talk to parents or do other parts of the exam. I can't speak to long term safety with little ones, but for supervised play, they are quite sturdy and safe for even my just barely toddling cuties to use.

I carried 2 of these with me on my daypack throughout a 2 week cruise of all 5 Great Lakes and took pictures of them as we traveled. Then I gifted them to my granddaughters. They loved receiving pictures of their duckies’ travels and now have them attached to their backpacks. The duckies would quack whenever I bumped them against something, and it made for a conversation starter with some of our fellow travelers.

I’m in medical school. This was a total game changer on my pediatrics rotation. My duck made neuro exams on infants a breeze. It was great to make it quack in my pocket and look around for a hidden duck as comedic relief / distraction for an upset kid. Highly recommend for the medical student in your life

Very cute and I like the flashlight capabilities. One of them got stuck and quacked for the entire day so that’s why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.
