Fantastic product, Made in France
Love this spatula. It is extremely sturdy, and had a “heft” to it that inspires confidence, unlike most consumer-grade kitchen products. It’s a great size, too - not too big, not too small - great for most applications. Big plus: NOT made in China! Will buy more Matfer Bourgeat products in the future.
