added protein helps healing
have consumed this nutritional supplement previously. i use it for theadded protein for wound healing purposes. definitely works. taste o.k.taste previouslu better and creamier....since 1-1-2012 mfg added"carb steady" and this makes taste milder and liquid thinner...in otherwords ....... not as good now. have not found another brand iprefer...so will buy this again.
