How can I get a replacement aerator?

I have the same problem. The aerator broke but it doesn’t look like you can just order a replacement. Seller please advise where we can get one. Thanks.

No, there is not. I can not think of a way you could "close" this with anything else. There are two screens that the wine goes through twice. It would not be easy to tip or spill. I will say we LOVE this decanter!! It is so nice in person! Definitely something you can put on the table. It is very well made and works fantastic. I highly recommend this!!

Do you have to remove the sediment filter to pour the wine from the decanter?

No. The wine pours from around the edges.
