Desert Essence, Thickening Shampoo, Green Apple and Ginger, 8 oz

Loved this product, soft, smells delicious, not oily.

I have used this for many years, lathers nicely,vrinses well. I have sensitive skin. It's organic, smells so nice, I use it as a body wash and shampoo. Safe on little ones. Everything I use is organic in body care. I recommend this. No drying, no itchy scalp, washes hair well, removes oils, products, however I do not use hair sprays or shine creams. You don't need to with this product.

My hair was falling out. It stopped one week using this shampoo. My hair got thicker!!

I have oily, thin, shoulder length hair, and I love this product. It doesn't weight my hair down or make it super dry. I do use a tiny dot of conditioner at the ends and sides to keep fly-aways at bay. The smell is also really good and not too strong. I've actually gone a few times without washing my hair for a day, and my hair is still manageable and not too greasy. I'm on my second bottle now, and the first one probably lasted almost 2 months. Great product and definitely recommend for my hair type.

It was leaking shampoo and impossible to keep because it was half empty. Can I get credit or another container of this shampoo?

Smells awesome, but tends to be drying to my coily African American hair and scalp. Will not repurchase because it leaves my hair brittle and my scalp very itchy.

Having developed contact dermatitis on my scalp to shampoos, including the very expensive sulfate free type, I have been looking for an alternative. I read a few reviews here that complained about this shampoo leaving their hair oily. I am sorry for them but I'm glad I got this anyway (being desperate will make you take a chance) thankfully I did not have that problem. And you might not either. Also, my hair is colored so I did not want to try the "no-poo" shampoo, as I am afraid that would strip the color from my hair. I am 52 and my hair has always been thick. I have super dry skin and have always had an allergy to nickle in jewelry, so I'm not surprised that I have developed an allergy to shampoo. I received this product yesterday and shampooed my hair, The last time I shampooed my hair was about 2 weeks ago (I used only cream rinse in the interim) so my hair was slightly greasy. After using this product my hair is clean and bouncy. It is slightly frizzy but I'm used to that as all shampoos have left my hair frizzy. I did not get the cream rinse as I am still using the stuff I have. When I run out of that I'll probably get the Desert Essence cream rinse.
