Cracked glass on first dive trip
The filter worked well for about the first 10 dives of the trip, however it cracked right through the middle upon jumping into the water. Since the first 15 feet do not require the red filter it was hanging by the tether when I jumped into the water. Evidently the filter hit part of the GoPro camera and cracked on impact. Lesson Learned: leave the filter snapped onto the front of the Go Pro lens when entering the water, then take off the filter to film in the shallows. As you descend past 15 feet, wave the filter back and forth in the water to remove all trapped air bubble, then place the filter over the GoPro lens.

Really bad.
This expensive filter is very flimsy. I really had high hopes for it as it seemed like a very clever idea. However, it's cheaply made, mostly of plastic so don't expect it to last very long. Two dives and both pieces were messed up. The red filter has hairline cracks all over it and the macro flip lens got scratched with only minimal usage. Not sure how the filter could have possibly gotten shattered unless just putting it on the camera did it. The ad says it's glass but it must be terribly thin and very fragile, a bad thing for diving. If you buy one of these make sure you CAREFULLY take the filter off the camera immediately after every use and put back into the little bag and into a hard storage case. I'm very careful with my equipment and keep everything in padded cases during travel and transit. I didn't drop the camera or set it down on the macro 'lens'. I wish I could have gotten hold of the company about these issues but the other reviewer says they don't respond so I didn't try.

works well, i like it.
yup does the job, a little pricey but hey should last for years........the red filter is awesome, great video quality down to 100 feet in the caribbean anyway.........macro brings it in a little closer good for stingrays sleeping or smaller subjects. a nice tool in the armory.

Red filter works great. I dont really use the other lens but folds back easily out of the way.

This is the worst thing I have ever purchased through Amazon
This is the worst thing I have ever purchased through Amazon. The lens is defective. It cannot be used for any form of photography.

Second of two ordered. Not happy !
Hey, you did ask. This is the second combo filter that I have ordered. Not because I have two cameras but because the first one broke. Now here is the thing. I'm a diving instructor. And not only am I extremely careful with my students . I'm also very careful with my camera equipment. And it was very disappointing when the red filter broke. It wasn't dropped, nor hit. It was in the small carry bag , inside a pelican case. I have been recommending to my divers that go pro and these lenses are the way forward. But since I have had to retract when the lenses are concerned. I only ordered the second one as I needed something quickly to replace the broken one . I'm not one to normally complain as I do buy quite a bit off amazon. But I do feel a bit cheated with this one. Thank you for reading this,Mark J Hurley

Good for Video not Photos Underwater
This is a good macro filter for video. Not for photography, have tried taking a lot of macro photos underwater but did not get the best results. Be very careful when you place and remove the filter, extremely fragile !!! I cracked it slightly when removing the filter the second time, fortunately its a very small crack in the corner, out of the lense view.

Better than nothing, but...
Ok, absolutely better than nothing.. but a manual color correction in post production is needed anyway. usually the colors are too reddish, but not difficult to resolve if you have objects at the same distance. If you frame for example a rock in foreground and open water in the background, it is a bit impossibile to find a good compromise: the rocks will be too red, compared to the water. But of course, better than nothing

Fragile !!!!
