Upgrade Molle Rip Away Ifak Pouch, Tactical Small Belt First Aid Pouch Medical Utility EMT Pouch Only

It’s ok, it does its job and nothing more. I can fit a tourniquet, a pair of chest seals, and a few rolls of gauze and medical tape inside it. I appreciate the pocket on the outside for medical shears.

The pouch is the perfect size for a tear-away IFAK; easily holds a compressed Israeli bandage, gauze, CAT tourniquet, two chest seals, celox packets, and even some unnecessary items that are nice to have (i.e. electrical tape, nasal pharyngeal, assorted band-aids, tweezers, small nail clippers, some ibuprofen and other meds, plastic gloves) with a little room to spare. The outside pocket with it's Velcro holds trauma shears nicely. Fits well on my battle belt on the small of my back, could just as easily be plate mounted or thrown in the car or on the back of an ATV. I take mine with me on duty and out to the range. Only major con for me is that it's a little awkward to get off the back of the belt. Totally doable, especially with a little practice, but not ideal. When loaded, I don't trust the Velcro to hold the pouch by itself, so you have to work the little clip blind in the small of your back. The pouch styles that are elastic sleeves that you rip the whole IFAK out of are definitely superior, but the cheapest I can find those is almost $100 and I think that's a little steep for not being a huge improvement. Good pouch for the money, seems well made, has been holding up well, and a perfect size for my use (which generally involves carrying a little more than necessary).

I have to say I really like this kit. it seems to be made very well. Nice overall design and functionality. The only thing I would change is to make it just a bit deeper. It is 2" deep and when you start filling it up it is a squeeze to get the thing closed. I probably have too much stuff in there but for the size it is almost perfect as a quick trauma bag. I have: 1 Israeli bandage 1 tourniquet 5 gauze pads 1 pack of clotting pads 1 pack of 4 rubber gloves 2 emergency blankets 1 roll of gauze 1 set of shears 1 glow stick 1 mask I would like to fit just a bit more but as it is, it barely closes and may eventually pop the zipper. Maybe make it 3" deep and it would be perfect! Love the quick release of the velcro backing. Other than that, a very nice product and will be in my truck just waiting for an accident Good luck, stay safe and be Ready!

Great product and value. I’m not at the range daily or prepping for the next apocalypse, I just needed a belt pouch for an ifak kit I put together for the occasion that I do stray away from my range bag. The bag is good quality and works for what it was designed for.

Purchased this to attach to my EDC backpack to hold basic 'blowout' kit / first aid supplies. Looks like it will work for my purpose but I would NOT use this even for light duty or attached to ANYTHING connected to your body. Issues: -Zipper opened up on me when loading supplies; I hope it was just because the zipper not lined up from the factory. Cannot reproduce but it still has me a little worried. -MOLLE straps too short to reach all the way to correct loop of PALS webbing. Not a big deal for a backpack mostly being tossed in and out of my truck but would be in a PITA if used on any duty gear / wearables since the bottom is flapping free somewhat. Not exactly rocket science to make sure the MOLLE straps are the correct length...heck even a tad be longer would be better than too short because at least you would not need to skip an entire row of webbing. Stitching seems solid and pouch looks nice. For $13 I can deal with the shortcomings.

I made up a custom trauma kit for my range bag. This fits perfectly on the molle on my range bag. With the tear-away feature, it is easy to retrieve without having to tote the whole bag to a patient. Highly recommend for such a custom application.

Great First Aid pouch! Small enough to not be in the way, big enough to hold just what you need to assist in first aid quickly until you can get to more supplies!
