Same great product found in the grocery store, but cheaper. We save considerably when buying it by the case.

It has been a while since having this brand of peanut butter. Jif refers to it as a "spread". There is a layer of oil on top of the product. I choose to drain it off, and use a napkin to remove the rest. If you do not remove the excess oil, the product will be quite thin, and wet. You will also have to stir the oil into the product. The flavor is very good. I prefer it over the other "natural" peanut butter we were buying. The use by date was a year away. I recommend this product, even with having to remove the excess oil upon opening the jar. Thank you.

Skippy Natural peanut butter spread: Peanuts, sugar, palm oil, and salt.Not sure why it is called a spread. I dont notice anything all that different from their other peanut butter or any peanut butter, really. I wonder if the amount of peanuts used is less.Anyway, I think it tastes good, and this multi pack makes nice addition to my long term pantry. I've never had unopened peanut butter go bad in my life, so I didnt pay attention or care what their best by date is (you do know that that isnt an expiration date right?).

This peanut butter is the only one that I like anymore. It’s sort of a hybrid of natural peanut butter and old school creamy peanut butter. It doesn’t taste as sweet as traditional peanut butter, and maybe is slightly saltier and toastier. Love that it doesn’t need to be stirred (although some oil does settle out sometimes) or refrigerated.

The price for the quantity of a good established product makes this a bargain.

This peanut butter is very smooth and my grandkids love it. The container size is not perfect for 'saving the planet' (a bigger container, instead of a bunch of small ones, means less waste), but the smaller container means it's more manageable for youngsters (to make their own sandwiches, crackers or coated celery sticks). We look for the least amount of additives as possible to peanut butter, and Skippy comes pretty close to raw. Thanks Skippy!
