Drifting Classroom: Perfect Edition, Vol. 3

Fantastic Book. For a hardcover Omnibus it’s a really good price. In store it’s 35 for the same book. I have all three in this series and this volume was great. Not the most satisfying ending but what can you expect from a comic with the types of theme of Murder and Lord of the Flies type survival.

I recommend this series if you are a fan of vintage sci-fi or horror. It’s a really interesting story that keeps you wondering what will happen next while also making you appreciate the life you have when reading it because it can all disappear at any time. My main criticism of the series were some instances of sexism, but considering how it was originally released in the 70s it is unfortunately not surprising. I also kinda wish that the world the characters were stuck in had been explained more, but arguably the fact that it is never fully explained adds to the mysterious nature of the story.

I’ve been reading manga for awhile now and have a few in my bookshelf. After reading the first drifting classroom I was hooked and knew i need them in my collection. It took me awhile to read all three books maybe a year with work and having a baby but I’m glad I finished reading the final book. If you’re looking for a good manga to keep you busy for awhile this is it.

I really loved this story, how the kids just never catch a break and it's just obstacles banging into greater obstacles until you feel just as hopeless as the characters. The few small moments of hope or success really feel huge. I Try and imagine myself as a young kid reading this and how cool it would have felt to be holding something so dark and interesting.

This series delivers over and over again. Great books!

A edição tem um acabamento muito bom, algo que podemos ver em todas as edições. A arte, embora tenha algumas imperfeições, é muito boa. O maior problema está na condução da história. Ela começa bem no primeiro volume e se torna cheia de situações aleatórias e incoerentes no segundo volume, com viradas de trama espetaculares que parecem brincar com a inteligência do leitor. O final é patético, simplesmente ridículo. E só. Ao que parece, esse mangá tem "barriga" demais. Talvez, por questões contratuais, o autor se viu obrigado a literalmente "encher linguiça". Se a história fosse menor provavelmente seria um pouco melhor. Mas mesmo assim estaria longe de ser perfeita.

The third and final book of this collection (still missing vol2 - lost in shipping) and this is a great collection to add to your shelf. HARDCOVER book, not sealed in plastic, but perfect conditions.

When a story starts so well and the middle is amazing, you just pray it ends in a way that isn’t infuriating am I right? Rest assured it was done very tastefully and I’m feeling a mix of emotions but in the best way. Incredible read. You won’t regret adding this to your library.
