I bought two of these, in black and brown. They replaced the buckle straps that came with my Dooney and Bourke purses. I like being able to shorten or lengthen the adjustable strap, rather than having to add or remove the strap. I like the weight of the strap. They feel like they’ll last

My small purse already has a leather strap but I didn't like the length. Although it was adjustable, it was still not as long as I would've wanted it to be. So I cut the original strap off and replaced it with this one. No regrets! It almost completely matches my bag (the only difference is the size of the pebbling/texture of the leather) but even then it's nothing too noticeable unless you really look at it up close and stare at it. Either way, I'm happy with my purchase. The strap looks nice and doesn't look cheap. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a replacement strap!

The leather strap is well-made. The hardware is good quality. It's the perfect size for me. I'm a small women. The hook is too big for my purse, but I was able to find something at the hardware store to make it work.
