These fit me perfectly - I measured carefully before I picked a pair from the many available. They hit me just before the bend in my wrist and are fairly narrow. I like the finger holds - the one in the middle, which stabilizes the paddle, and the side ones, which can be used for all four of the rest of the fingers, or just for three without the thumb. I needed paddles that didn't capture too much water and put too much strain on my shoulder. Used them today and they worked exactly as I hoped.

These increase the drag on your arms and provide a better workout than straight swimming. These are relatively easy to put on and one can adjust the drag bu exposing the slots in the paddles. I've been using them for some time now and like the contours and construction.

I absolutely LOVE these ergonomic hand paddles with flat bindings on both sides and 3rd finger. They stay in place regardless of your swimming stroke, increase your speed/heart rate (without extra effort) and are so comfortable (particularly if you have arthritis in your hands), resulting in a smoother/faster swim workout, increased results with minimal pressure on your hands. (The flat paddles with cord bindings I tried before were hard to keep in place, cut off circulation and left bruising.)

These training paddles are very nice. Just as advertised. The quality is excellent and the color is exactly the same as the ad. I am very please and know they will last for a very long time.

These work as well as any other paddles I've used and are very comforatble.

I was not sure what I'd get, but this is terrific. Kinda an ugly color (and not white as ordered, but silver), but the function is great. Very comfortable and easy to slip on and off.UPDATE: A few months into using them, one of the straps broke. Looking at the design, this should be expected, and in the future, the seller might want to include spare replacement straps.

I am surprised I like them so much. I swim to move my muscles. These are goo to introduce different muscles!
