Omgosh this product is amazing! Ive suffered from IBS bouts for years. Bouts are anywhere from 3 days or 6 months. After purchasing this product, I've been taking one capsule (broken capsule mixed with a tablespoon of Activia live yogurt (to introduce to my system gently) for 10 days. Apart from one missed day early on when symptoms returned, my stomach has been very light and settled from day one!! I also feel... calmer, sleepier at bedtime. My gut is quiet and lighter - not full and bloated, achey, bubbly or tense. A calmer gut = a calmer vagus nerve = a calmer me! Obviously this product is a quality one. Highly recommend!

I do not normally leave a review but these are brilliant. I frequently get a bloated stomach which can be very uncomfortable so thought I would try these. I have tried a few products over the years with no success but these actually do the job really well. My only complaint is the price is very high but will still buy again and hope the price drops at some point.

These did nothing at all for me . Tried them for bloating with no positive outcome. Worth a go i suppose, may work for some .
