Ive had this device the BQ 60 since march or so, I use it a couple of times a week. I love this thing and it always amazes me. I have a hip ache and I place it upright on the edge of my desk and stand about 2 inches from it with both lights on and run it for about 5 minutes with the timer. I rotate around a little and stop when the spot I hit feels good. I then run it again for 5 minutes and sit on the edge of the desk and radiate the lower back for a couple of minutes. then up and do the hip a little more. I hit it again for 5 minutes and sit on a stool right in front of it and radiate my upper back Thoracic spine a little. and usually stop around 2 and a half minutes in. That's a total of about 12.5 minutes. Both lights on. Remember the 850 Nm light is invisible. What always amazes me is about 15 minutes later I notice the aches are not there any more. It's not that they turn off, they just go away. Amazing. Every time. I have recommended this to a couple of friends who got it also and they also love it. I Like the long cord because on one occasion I had an ache in my calf muscle so I put the unit on the ground next to my leg and did a little light therapy on it. While I was doing it, I noticed that I could also do my hand. I had an ache injury between my pinky and ring finger and decided to radiate that. I turned my hand and did both sides and was trying to see if I could see through my hand. LOL. Kind of. But the light worked. A total of 3 minutes maybe and the pain left for over a month. Again. Amazing. I use it at very close range, an inch or 2 inches maybe 4 inches on my upper back and that seems to work great for me. I also understand that RLT is good for the eyes, but this unit is real bright, so I don't stare at it, instead I get some good light from an angle when I'm checking the buttons or adjusting the unit for positioning while its on. I suppose a straight on face exposure would be good, but I would definitely keep my eyes closed and be back a foot or 2. The weight is light and portable, and I keep it on my desk in the back corner, or I put it into a little slot on my book case it I want the desk real clear. I like the design and it comes with real dark sunglasses and a little pulley mount system which I haven;t used. I guess that would be for attaching to the back of a door or a wall. I kept the parts incase I want to use them in the future. It seems like a very reasonable price compared to the other crazy expensive units. One thing that strikes me as odd is the amazon add says it is a frequently returned Item. Yet has a 4.6 star review out of 1400+ reviews. That's a lot of reviews, so I don't know who is returning it. But I thought if I didn't like it, I'd return it. I decided to keep it, and I'm glad I have it. It is amazing even though I don't use it every day. Hope this helps. I'd recommend getting it and if you don't like it, return it. I paid full price minus a 10 dollar coupon, but there are finance options available as well. I'd say it's worth a shot. Still Amazing, and I've added doing the soles of my feet for 5 or 6 minutes. Ive increased my usage to 15 or 20 minutes when I use it and that's fine. To do the feet, I push the unit further back on the desk and put my feet up on the desk. It's at a little angle away from my torso, and I wear the dark glasses to avoid a direct bright blast. It's a very bright unit. But, the room is lit up in red light and it's quite relaxing and I look at the room over the top of the glasses. I only use them to avoid a straight on direct light blast. Still love this unit. 👍

Let me start out by saying I was a bit skeptical about Red Light Therapy (RLT). I had heard a lot about RLT for a year or so and then Gary Brecka speak about it on Joe Rogan and I decided to give it a shot. I researched the best RLT device for the value and found BestQool 150 LED 240watt device on Amazon. I am not paid to write this review, just my honest opinion of a product that offers exceptional results. First, I grow plants indoors and have invested in high quality plant lights. The design and overall fit and finish of this light is superb and coincidentally, very similar to my high-end plant lights. Second, it was highly important to me to have a light that works in the 660nm & 850nm ranges as these were the most studied and validated therapeutic light ranges. My son is a chemist and has access to a light spectrometer. Our spectrometer read 660nm & 850nm for the RLT and infrared therapy settings respectively. So we were confident we purchased the perfect light. Peace of mind is everything! Then we set out to see if the light actually did what it claimed to do. Without getting too scientific, RLT is thought to excite the mitochondria into dropping Nitric Oxide and gaining an Oxygen molecule. When this occurs, the mitochondria (cellular power plant) becomes significantly more productive and produces 30 times more ATP. This equates to more energy! The body then uses this energy to repair things (muscles + bone), restore collagen to skin, and most importantly, reduce inflammation. To test this we purchased nitrogen test strips, essentially to test the nitrogen spilling off into urine and looked for changes before and after. **MAJOR CAVEAT** When we were well hydrated, about 1 hour after a 20 minute RLT session, the nitrogen test strip tested dark red to indicate high levels of nitrogen were present. When I preformed the test and was not well hydrated, the test strip showed red and only a moderate increase in nitrogen. Basically, we proved the light is doing exactly what it claims to do and was more effective when well hydrated. I have only had this light for 1 week and have not had enough time to report on results, but will keep the post active and report on actual results in the coming weeks and months. I can tell you anecdotally though, my energy is through the roof, I feel like my allergies have almost completely resolved (reduced inflammation??), my night leg pain is completely gone (this is a god send), and my quality of sleep has significantly improved. So far, I am amazed by the benefits of using this light for only 20 minutes a day. So far, the verdict is: THE BESTQOOL RLT UNIT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Honestly very surprised at the results in such a short time. I've had stubborn acne that would not go away and shortly but surely I'm starting to see it start to diminish. Also no new acne has popped up, I've only been using it for two weeks!!! I also suffer from hair loss, like really bad, you can see scalp all the time. I'm not gonna lie to you, I've also changed to my eating habits, been doing a little more exercise, so it can be a combination of everything, but I have noticed along my hairline where I have lost a lot of hair, some baby hair starting to grow back in. I even feel it when I massage my scalp, like it's getting a little bit fuller on the crown. To tell you that I'm excited is an understatement. It's very simple to use, I put it on top of an old box from Amazon and plug it up and sit in front of it, put the timer for 20 minutes, get about 6 to 8 inches away from the panel and let it do it's thing. It's not that big of a device so it's fairly simple to store, just wrap up the cable and put it in your closet and you're good to go. The light is VERY BRIGHT, I recommend some very dark sunglasses, it'll feel like when you close your eyes in the sunlight, not hot but the glow of the light feels slightly warm. The way I use it is really easy, I take a nice shower, exfoliate my face gentle in the shower and wash my hair. Once I'm done, I go straight to my the panel, turn it on, do about 10 minutes to my face and neck area, then to my scalp area, just tilt my head forward and just relax until the timer is up and I'm done. Then I just lay down and go to bed. Very simple and I feel like I'm already getting great results, will give an update with some before and after pictures, I'm still quite shy, but very optimistic that this is a very good alternative to taking meds for hair loss.

En effet, une fois branché, lorsqu'on le touche par endroit on sentait des picotements (mini decharges?). De plus il est indiqué que la puissance est de 98,7 mW/cm2 à une distance de 7,6 cm, ce qui correspond à 24,67 mW/cm2 à une distance de 15 cm (6 pouces exactement, ce qui est la distance généralement testée sur ce genre d'appareil). Ce qui le classe parmi les plus faible du marché. D'autres modeles de la marques sont testés sur la chaine Youtube d'Alex Fergus (Red Light Therapy), ce qui permet de connaitre leurs puissances exactes. Bref, c'est dommage et j'ai du le renvoyer.

Schnell geliefert und mit CE Zeichen! Für die Dosierung habe ich folgende Daten gefunden: 7.5 cm -> 96.2 mW/cm2 15 cm -> 57.0 mW/cm2 30 cm -> 48.8 mW/cm2 Leider fehlt eine Zeiteinstellung für 15 min. Es gehen nur 5/10/20.. min. 15 min wir oft als optimale Zeit angegeben. Das Panel ist nicht ganz leicht was mit vertikaler Anwendung ok ist. Für Horizontale Anwendung muss ich mir noch eine Vorrichtung bauen. Erste Erfahrung mit der Bestrahlung ist sehr angenehm.
