I gave 5 stars but of course if the things break in the next 2 years I will have to revise that to a 1. However, so far I think they are cute and efficient, nice looking for the money. I actually wanted another similar set that sold out --these are a little shorter and the shades are a bland beige that kind of disappears against our bedroom walls but since I live with a vampire who is afraid of all light in the bedroom it is definitely an improvement. Nice size and love the USB ports AND touch on features. Good buy so far.

Great product. One of my light bulbs did come busted, but that is no fault of the product or seller. I'll just get more because I dont want to go through the hassle of returning all of it just for one bulb.

Update: I wrote the original review below. Aooshine reached out to me. Since one of the lamps USB charging ports were not working, the company offered to send me a replacement lamp. I was able to select a single lamp at 99% off the price, and I received it within two days: excellent customer service and quick replacement. I will not hesitate to purchase Aooshine products again. _____________________________________________________________________ One of the lamps and charger works very well. The second lamp works well. However, the USB chargers stopped charging after four days. I trouble-shooted the plugs by using different cords, testing the wires in the other lamp, and checked the wires in a charging block.

I had high hopes for these. Bought a pair for bedside use. I liked the idea of the touch-dimmer, the USB ports, and compact size. Unfortunately, no care was taken in packaging, and the lampshades were basically destroyed in transit. Who ships a lamp without appropriate cushioning? Neither of the supplied bulbs worked in either of the lamps, nor did the USB ports. Quality control, anyone? And I didn't realize that they have an inline power switch; based on the description, I figured it would be on the base of the lamp. I don't like fumbling in the dark for a switch on the cord; I want to know it's on the base. The lamps feel lightweight and cheap. Just a complete dud. For the price, I would've expected that they would be of much higher quality. Went back the same day I got 'em.

Great lamp for our bedroom night stands

The light is not super bright. But, I wasn't looking for a super bright light. It's light enough to read or "set the mood" depending on the level. My favorite feature is the touch activation so that I do have to try to find the on switch (especially when I'm only half awake). I will say I had a hard time getting it out of the package. The trick is to take unscrew everything in the middle of the lamp so that it comes apart. Looking back, it's cleverly packed. But, when I first received it it took a little while to figure out. Great lamp!

I was really excited for these lamps. My mom and I each needed one and it made more sense to buy a two pack than individually and the price was right. I put hers together first and everything worked great. When it came time to plug mine in, nothing worked. I tested the bulb in another lamp, it worked. I tried multiple outlets but it wouldn’t work. I ended up just taking this lamp shade and putting it over a different lamp base I had. Not what I wanted but can’t do a return since we want to keep the one lamp and the lamp shade from mine. Otherwise they’re perfect. Light weight, decent light (not bright but that’s what I wanted) it’s just sad to take something new out of a box and it not work.

I love that the lamp has 2 usb plugs on the base and that I just have to touch to turn on or off. Touch and hold to increase or decrease the brightness. It dims low enough that I can turn it on and not wake my spouse.
