Quality is general consistent with the exception of some perhaps lasting longer than the 7 hours stated. the heat level is not as high as i would like but stays within the safe range so i can’t knock it.

It felt more like a burning sensation than a soothing warmth, and I had to remove the patches earlier than I would have liked to prevent any discomfort.Another issue I encountered was the adhesion, or lack thereof. 🤦‍♀️ The patches simply didn't seem to stick very well to my clothing or skin, and I found myself constantly having to reapply them or keep them in place. This made the whole experience a bit frustrating and not as convenient as I had hoped.In terms of the pain relief, I did notice some temporary improvement, but it wasn't as significant or long-lasting as the product claims. 🤷‍♀️ The relief was also fairly localized, so I didn't feel like it was addressing my broader back and shoulder issues.Overall, while the Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Heat Patch has some potential, the execution just fell short for me. 💤 The intense heat and poor adhesion made it a bit of a hassle to use, and the pain relief wasn't as effective as I had hoped. So glad I took a punt on these. Better adhesion and the heat lasted significantly longer than my regular brand.I buy these for a muscle ache but also to pop inside winter boots when out in the cold. No need to remove the backing sheet, just open the plastic package and slide into your wellies.

I brought these to help ease the pain of my current rotator cuff injury as I have a long flight coming up and thought that these would be useful when travelling. The back of the box provides cautions of potential blistering of the skin if applied directly to the skin so you get the impression that these patches get really hot. Well, they don't, in fact the heat given off is not at all a risk. I applied the patch directly to the skin in the end to see if this would help but it was still a waste of time. An absolute waste of money.

Pads do not get too hot but help ease the backache.
