The cutters are longer than other sprue cutters. This makes them ideal for removing 3D printing supports. The points are very well made and allow for good control and cuts.

This is an excellent piece of equipment for those who want a decent set of cutters,nice flat back to the bladed edges so can be used quite near to a delicate piece but you still need care on cutting but these ARE better than the cutters I've been using,so yes I can recommend them just on that premises.

The only reason for only 3 stars is because the very tip of the cuttuing edge don't meet completly so I can't use the first 1/16 of inch

I use these side cutters for removing parts from sprues of model kits. They cut cleanly with minimal clean up even on delicate parts. Their robust construction will ensure that they will last a lot longer than some cutters that are available at four times the price.

Some of the worst clippers I've ever used. They are about as sharp as plastic safety scissors and the tip is too large for cutting parts off sprews. Army painter have some really good products and unfortunately these clipper are not one of them.
