Value for money for gamers
This arrived very well packed. Once set up it is a fantastic pc. Super fast and looks sleek and stylish. I would recommend this to anyone. Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this because it came with everything you would need, but mostly it was the cost. If I had bought what I received as single purchases it would have cost so much more than what I paid. For what I got and what I paid I couldn't be happier.

Loads of Power & Killer Looks with Great Value
I was tired of a slow, noisy and limited machine. I searched everywhere then spotted this and yes I admit I was attracted to the pretty lights because it is a really good looking machine. I would recommend the vendor as it was delivered swiftly and very well packaged arriving with everything I needed. I unpacked it. It's a beast of a machine. Big and beautiful and again, yes I confess I love the blue neon lights on it. It's fast and quiet with loads of capacity. I've played videos and it's flawless and playing music which is what I love to do while surfing or working, the sound quality is fantastic. I've played and burned CDs and it's effortless for it. I still have other tasks yet to use it for but multi-tasking is most definitely not a problem for it. My husband had an Intel I7 and in terms of ease of use and flawless operation, it has to be said that this machine wins all round. For what it is, it is great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent.
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never purchased anything like this before online but I am really impressed. Everything my 10 year old needs. Good quality and so easy to set up. Looks fantastic and my son can play all the games he likes.

Nice entry level gaming desktop
I needed an upgrade to my old home desktop PC and this one looked like a reasonably decent set-up for the money. > Ryzen 3 3200g with integrated Vega 8 Graphics - this is a decent entry level CPU with reasonable GPU performance. > 16GB's RAM Memory - more than enough for this PC > 250GB SSD drive - holds the OS and allows for fast booting and system IO performance > 1TB 7200rmp sata III drive. Decent enough size for a place to hold all my pictures and documents and quick enough for a drive if not up to SSD performance. So all in all a decent setup for what I need it for which is mainly photograph and video editing with the ability to run most PC games - though you would have to drop the settings on some of the newest games to the lowest settings, (it ran BioShock Infinite very nicely without the need to lower the settings). It arrived promptly enough. Out of the box it looked quite cool and felt reasonably put together - what cabling there was on view was managed neatly giving the interior a clean look. I plugged everything in and booted. The process of set-up was swift and simple. Once done I noticed that the 1TB disk was missing. After contacting Vibox to confirm that they had included the drive , they had, they asked me to check that the sata cable had not come loose in the transport. Well not sure who transported the PC but I can only assume they had not treated the box with much care and attention. The power cable was not connected, the drive had come loose from the drive carrier and the sata lead connector had broken off, leaving half of it jammed in the drive connection :( . I ordered a new sata cable (Vibox refunded me the cost within a day) and refitted the drive. With the drive fitted the server would not boot. A check of the bios and the the boot order had changed so I returned the SSD drive to the primary place and the system booted. Sadly the drive could still not be seen. A closer look, or should I say listen, and I was not happy the the noise coming from the drive. I contacted Vibox who gave me the option of returning the drive for them to replace and fit myself or they would collect the PC and sort. I went with option 1, boxed up the old drive and sent it back (again Vibox refunded the cost of sending back as soon as I sent them pics of the receipts). Within two days my new drive arrived was fitted and working nicely. The moral of the above is that sometimes things go wrong and when they do you get to find out what of sort of customer service the company you've bought from has. I was impressed. My emails were answer promptly, they were very apologetic, they gave me clear solutions to my issue, promptly refunded my out of pocket expenses and got me sorted. Basically I got a warm feeling dealing with them and would be happy to buy from them again. So this is a good system from a reputable company that'll get you gaming on a budget and if you are using it for gaming adding a RADEON RX 570 graphics card when you can afford it I think will make a big difference (though I’d recommend upgrading the PSU at the same time).

Absolutely useless. Do not buy this.
I brought this PC in February 2022, currently in April 2023, and this PC has continuously broken down every 2 months. Yes, the customer service is somewhat responsive, but the fixes are extremely temporary. The PC doesn’t support gaming, the lag is awful on large games, and it struggles to create content. The whole PC is unfortunately a beautiful mess. It looks absolutely fantastic, the design is sleek and it slides easily into my PC unit desk, but that’s it. Eventually this will become a piece of furniture simply because it will break down in 2 months. I want to stress severely that the 1TB space that is advertised is a LIE, as I was unable to use even 100gb of days before the PC stated that there was not enough space. I was prompted to spend an extra payment just to continue playing any games. Why is this a thing? It’s a blatant way to force you to pay more money for no reason whatsoever. I’ve pushed for a refund before, less than a year into the purchase when the problems got out of hand, and they said it was a software problem and not a hardware problem so they can’t refund me? But the problems keep happening, so what’s the real reason? It’s a scam, and a selfish organisation that make shoddy PC units that are made of paper and it’s a waste of money. I am currently once again resetting this PC for the 6th time and I am tired of this same song and dance over and over again.

Great pc for starter set up
I got this PC as an early Christmas gift for my nephew as his first gaming set up and also for use to do his online homework. It was easy to setup, my nephew was able to download fortnight and other games that he likes except he wasn’t able to download discord. The speed is decent for the games he has played so far but time will tell if that will continue the more he uses the PC overtime. He also loves the LED features on this Pc and the accessories that come with this package. Also to add when I first ordered this PC I ordered it to my address instead of my nephews home address and the seller was very understanding, I was able to cancel that order luckily and I received the refund straight away the same day the seller acknowledged my request. Then I ordered the PC to the correct address, it arrived ontime and was packaged very well.

Perfect family computer on a budget
Everything from delivery speed to the computer itself to customer service has been absolutely excellent. We were left scratching our heads at not being able to connect it to WiFi, but once we called them for advice, everything was figured out. We bought this as a family computer so it needed to have a good sized memory, be fast, support my graphics programs & be able to play basic level games such as The Sims 4, Fortnite, Minecraft etc while also having room for homework. This does all of that & looks good while doing so. The only reason I've given a 3/5 for gaming is because it is an entry level gaming computer, so you won't be able to play things like the new Assasins Creed or GTAV (at least, not very well), however we knew this when we ordered because we did our homework & Vibox are honest about each computers capabilities & limitations. If you do want something for more advanced gaming, I still recommend these guys, you just need a more powerful option which you can find either on here or through their website .

It is what you pay for
Would give it more but this is a basic computer not a gaming pc, it uses an older cpu that can only handle games on low settings or older games, the power supply unit is only 250w so to be able to use a decent graphics card you need to replace that with a better more powerful one and the ram is dual channel so works better with 2 sticks rather than the 1 installed, the monitor to me feels fragile but it works for my son. I cant grumble for the price I paid i didn't expect a mirracle
