I use this scale to measure my spices for making sausage.

Several issues… Arrived with minor cosmetic damage that wouldn’t have mattered to me if it actually worked (the box was in good condition on the outside). It appeared to be used. It is made of cheap thin stainless steel that flexes and bends easily. After serval attempts of leveling and recalibrating and contacting the manufacturer (that was unresponsive), it never weighed anything accurately. Some things are ounces off and others are off by pounds. I don't normally even write reviews, this is one of the worst products I've purchased in a long time. I bought this based on other reviews and recommendations of a FB group I follow so my expectations were pretty high. I've been using a cheap plastic scale to do the same job for several years and it feels like way better quality than this.

I was looking for a scale that didn’t measure in pounds and ounces but wanted one that measured in pounds and thousands of a pound. Seems to be well made and accurate

I purchased this LEQ 10/20 in 2016. Just now completely quit. I have taken great care of this unit. Always covered, never splashed with water. Never dropped or jarred. Really it should have lasted longer. For as well as I did upkeep, it should have lasted much longer. Crappy Torrey workmanship. For the total use, it should have lasted many, many years of use, not just 4. WAY OVER PRICED!

We use this in a restaurant, and everyone loves it, from the manager doing inventory, to the baker weighing ingredients. It is very durable, and provides all of the various measurements and increments we have to use to complete our tasks. This will be our go-to scale for future needs.

Got the item, took it home, unpacked it and plugged in the wall wart power supply, turned it on, all's good.Reading the instructions, it states that the included 6 volt rechargeable battery takes about 10 hours to charge, with the unit turned off, so I turned the unit off and went on to other things.The next morning, I unplugged the charger, pressed the ON button and... nothing. Plugged the charger back in, the unit fired right up.I turned the unit upside down, removed the screws on the battery cover, and the battery was stuck HARD, with no access to the terminals.After about an hour, several broken fingernails, and a LOT of swearing, I managed to get the battery positioned to where I could see that the negative push-on terminal was unconnected!!Luckily I had some slender forceps that allowed me to retrieve the loose connector and place it on the terminal. Apparently there was some charge on the battery, as the unit then powered up with the battery.I'm still not sure if the battery will come out if/when it's time to replace it, but that's for another day.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this unit unless you are willing to swear at it.

Good "supplemental" scale in my lab for weighing out larger amounts of daily use reagents.

I bought this scale to weigh grain for home brewing. This scale is awesome!! In the past I have purchased many cheaper scales but they are all junk compared to this one, save your time & money and buy this scale!!!
