Straw Packable Sun Hat with Creamy Natural Beige / Brown

This is one of the best sunhats I've ever owned. Not only is it adorable, retro-esque and well constructed, but the brim was just the right length to keep the sun off my face. I used it while on a beach and it folded into my bag nicely. The manufacturer also included some sticky bands to take down the hat size. I took it down one and the hat stayed firmly on my head through beach wind, and still enabled me to wear sunglasses. Would definitely recommend!

Very hard to find a sun hat for golf that has a brown sash and this one fits the bill quite nicely. It does seem a tad large though so I won't be wearing it on windy days. Breathes well. Brim not too large. It is about 3" in front. Personally, I don't care for any larger brim. I prefer 2.5 but this works.

This hat is very cute! I especially liked the design of the brim: wide on the front and sides but narrower in the back. I thought it was funny that this is sold as a packable straw hat. When it arrived, it was packed beautifully in a box with padding and plastic molding ensuring that the hat would not crush. I was hoping for some directions on how to pack it.The bad news is that the hat is too big on my head and I knew it wouldn't stay on in even a slight breeze, so I left it home. This is sad, because it really is cute, but I believe this hat is just not practical for my purposes. Maybe I'll wear it to a garden party...

Love this hat!! It has STYLE I wasn't expecting. It's just right for hiding your head from the sun. Can be worn for dress or sporty . It's just what I needed. Tired of wearing CAPS!! will order more. They send velcro bands to be placed inside band to make hat a little smaller. Great Idea and very thoughtful of the designer!! It's also a fold up and pack and carry. Finally found a hat that looks good on me.

This hat is so gorgeous! I wore it for a weekend in the Hamptons with sundresses and my swimsuits and cover ups, and it was perfect. So classy and stylish. Even my fashionista girlfriend complimented it and she knows style! Also a major bonus--I have a large head and this hat fits perfectly. Normally hats give me a headache within minutes, but I wore this all day with perfect comfort.

I have a lot of hats and this one is a great addition to my collection. Different than the others. A little large, not adjustable, but still wearable. Not really a bow person, but hat is really cute.

Sharp looking on but not a lot of face protection that is why I gave it a 3 star

The hat was perfect for my needs. Took it on a weeklong trip to Central America and wore it daily in the hot sun. Not too wide of a brim to look ridiculous walking around. The hat fit me fine without the included pads, but in strong winds it would blow off.The easiest hairstyle for me was a low ponytail even though I didn't want my hair lying on my back. A french braid would work, but when I tried to create low chignons or other moderately interesting hairstyles, it was hit or miss whether the back of the hat would fit over or bump against the bulk of hair.It packed well; it traveled to and from Nicaragua in my checked bag. The only time it looked less than perfect was when the brim had been folded over; it took a few hours for the fold to disappear.I found it difficult to find a place to put the hat during meals. I usually ended up putting it upside down on an extra chair. It could have easily been tucked into a large bag, but I was carrying a slim cross-body bag. It didn't hang well on any chair corners.I'll be using the hat on future trips. For such a low price, I highly recommend this hat for sun protection.
