Perfect for freezing sauces & stock
Portion per cube = ½ cup (118 ml)Its great for storing gravy base, tomato puree etc. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe & it doesn't stain.Only con: lid closer is not reliable, so wouldn't advice to lift it from top. (sply when content is still in liquid form).Tip: After freezing- Keep the tray in room temperature for 1 minute or more. It will make cubes, easier to remove from the tray.
