So I don't currently live in a rural area or have any other easy place to dump my used oil wherever I want, so I bought this thing. I emptied a couple quarts (or liters if you're the rest of the world) into this thing. It didn't explode or leak all over my linens. Win. It's big enough to justify a dump run. Cap is also made out of plastic (HDPE?). Seems okay. I havent taken it with me on vacation so I don't know how well it seals in checked baggage, but I can say with confidence that it will make it to wherever I decide to dispose of it. Most likely the dump. They have oil stuff there.

Bought these to decant household cleaning fluids. Looks much nicer and uniform when stored in my house. The slim profile is great for my purposes, too. They fit my narrow, open shelf. The plastic seems pretty sturdy to me. I filled it with a gallon of liquid. The plastic does not buckle excessively and does not seem too thin. I like it a lot!

Can carry it snd doesn’t show that it’s water from brushing teeth doing a dish or too in can where it drains right into jug. Live it. I didn’t want 5 gallons and didn’t want clear so perfect for me.

I bought these because a 1 gallon container of bleach my daughter bought had a crack in the bottom and was leaking. We put it in a bucket until these arrived. I poured the remaining bleach into one of these and it barely fit. There was still a little bleach left in the original container that didn’t fit even after having some leak out. These are definitely not 1 full gallon bottles but they work. They seem durable and hopefully will hold the bleach without cracking. Time will tell.

I got these to hold treated water for my axolotl in the refrigerator.

I use this to hold electroplating solution that contains some battery acid and copper sulphate. To have the peace of mind that what's in this jug, made from specialized plastic, is insured to stay there and protected by durable walls is worth the cost, hands down, period. Note: NOT child proof, so, store in a locked metal chemical cabinet or metal tool chest. Never store such a chemical container high up (perfect invite for Loki's minions!)

This jug is sturdy and does not leak. It has a 2.5 gallon capacity.
