This product makes the best pancakes! They are light and fluffy and you wouldn't even know they're gluten free. I make them for the children in my life and they always want more. I have purchased this mix in the past. They are very delicious!

Makes the best Waffles
Makes the Best Gluten Free Waffles. You can not tell the difference between Non-Gluten free and these. I made these waffles Christmas morning with home made whip cream, fruit, bacon , sausage , and biscuits. All were eaten and more requested. This the best GF mix I have ever used. You should use this regardless if you are eating Gluten free or not. Bobs Red Mill products are clean so it gives me a lot of confidence when I use their products. I just ordered more.

This mixture is easy to make, you only need to add liquid (milk or water), egg and butter. It tastes amazing. You can skip the egg if you are allergic. Works great for dairy free recipes with plant based milk.
