A very smart looking cooktop, which is functional and has been working well now for a couple of weeks.

Zero satisfaction
Not a good product. Takes few second to start. After 10 minimum sparks, it ignites. waste of gasbon every use. Service of Kaff us not good. Gotvthe defected piece. After informing also, no reply. Finally used Social media platform to raise the complaint. Then finally it got resolved.

poor quality material
after using three years, all the three burner base gone brittle(corroded) and starts breaking. so that yellow flame starts and you can find holes in burner base and thereby irregular flame. the automatic ignition goes bad and spark plug breaks so quickly. on contacting service center they asked 6500 rs to replace all three burner bases, and service response is also poor. dont't end up in trouble. i am searching for new & good one now for my kitchen

Do not buy KAFF Product
Absolutely a very poor quality product with very high cost. Does not ignites instantly. Takes few seconds to start. Material of knobs are of very poor quality, all three melted in a second, just by touching a hot pan. Moreover, the Service of Kaff is very poor. First they did not respond for many days. After repeated reminders, the company technician visited and simply showed his inability to change the defective knobs. COSTLY PRODUCT BUT VERY POOR QUALITY WITH NO SERVICE BACKUP.
