Good Starting Place for a Health Change
I'm not a vitamin nerd or expert, just a 30-something who needs to get more nutrients. LOL. These vitamins are pretty good! I like the mix of stuff in them, I definitely notice when I haven't taken one for a few days. Overall my gut health seems to be improving. They are a little large, so if you have a hard time swallowing pills, you may want something slightly smaller. As an all-in-one men's multivitamin, I'd definitely say these are a good place to start. For the cost, I have no complaints at all. They also have not interacted negatively with any medication I have been on previously, or other supplements I take sometimes (like magnesium.)

My spouse have been taking these for a while and i believe they work well. Considering his hectic job , he takes one each morning with his meals. It helps him to feel energized and ready . Good value for you money and i belive the pills are easy to swallow.

Not much to say, I have taken these daily for a couple years (age 47). No issues with size of the pills - easy to swallow.

It's not Steroids, but it's not Inert
It gives me extra kick in my muscles for my workouts. I can feel it aiding my exercises. And it's got calcium in it for reinforcing bones. It doesn't have a notable taste. It's a medium size that won't make you panic trying to swallow it by itself. It's very effective. It also has vitamins for day to day life. I did notice that I get mild anxiety if I take them and don't workout though. It seems like stored energy going haywire in the body after not being used. Easy to swallow.

They work!
I have been using these just shy of a decade and I feel they have progressively made positive contributions to my focus and memory overall. I also feel more energetic when using these opposed to conventional One-a-Day formula vitamins.
