Handmade Kill Bill Bill's Samurai Katana Sword w/Stand & Cleaning Kits

This was a gift, and my boyfriend was ecstatic to open it. It is really good quality. The handle is made of real ray skin, wrapped in leather. There were a few scuffs on the leather, but nothing too noticable. The blade is very sharp, which is expected with high carbon steel. The saya is beautiful. He didn't like the gold rope, but i do. Makes it look nice. The devil engravement is perfect. There were very few flaws with the paintings on the handle. The stand is different than shown on here, but still nice. Excellent collectors item. I would highly recommend it.

I absolutely love the quality of this sword for such a low price. Obviously you can't go out knocking down trees with it but if you are a true fan of the kill bill movies like I am and you want a replica that will last years hung on the wall, I recommend this sword and seller with no doubt. I contacted the seller that I needed it quick for a birthday present. I didn't even pay for 1 day shipping and I got it the next day in time for my husband's birthday. He loved it and now it's hanging in our living room with no problems whatsoever. Definitely buying the bride katana in the near future.

The sword quality is very fine, and everything looks very impressive from a display point of view. The Kill Bill theme is done really well and comes off as classy collector item rather than cheap movie paraphernalia. However, it did NOT come with everything pictured. I got only the sword itself, the sheath and a felt bag to put it all in, no stand. Also, the cord wrapped around the outside came in an ugly gray color instead of the gold cord pictured, almost like they ran out of the good stuff. I did some research before buying because I wanted a sword for my husband that he can actually use for self defense. He is excited to be learning how to wield a practice katana sword so I would settle for nothing less than that which could actually be of practical use for his first real sword. For this price range, the sword is actually a practical weapon, as long as you don't keep it too sharp. (According to my research, swords that fall in a lower weight range like this one will actually perform worse, maybe even break, if they're kept too sharp.) The high carbon steel makes it worth it, along with the full tang design. Other, cheaper swords have only a flimsy partial tang that make it for display only. I give it 4 stars, only because it definitely wouldn't measure up to any of the swords in the $600-$800 range. Right now, one more star isn't worth an additional $500+ to me.

I bought this sword to not hang up, but actually take out into the field to mess around with. I was able to cut down trees with no effort that were as wide as my wrist. This sword came very sharp and for the price you couldn't ask for a better sword. I beat the hell out of it over a couple of years and it still isn't broken although its really dull currently.

This sword is well made and is no wallhanger. Sharp but not that sharp, but easily fixed. The quality of the sword is astonishing for the price. Comes with everything you see. I would definitely recommend this to any sword collector.Fun chopping!

A wonderful addition to my collection. It is sharp, has a great weight, and is nicely balanced. The paint is beautiful, the demon is etched perfectly; everything about this sword flows together so well, and it is even usable if you need it as a weapon. Overall, I strongly recommend this piece to any collector, as a great start to a collection, or even as a solitary display. It is a great conversation starter as well, and you will love showing it off.

I was a little hesitant because I ordered the Bride sword from another vendor and it was perfect, so my expectations were set high. It is a great replica. It came with the high lacquered hanzo sword stand and cleaning kit. Very nice replica, high lacquered saya and nice sword. The sword is very blunt and it was a very tight fit in the saya. a small amount of filing loosened it up in the saya making it snug, but not overly tight. I am now able to hold it upside down without it falling out but can still loosen it with my thumb for the draw. I can deal with it being blunt, I can sharpen it. The cleaning kit box was slightly damaged but not terribly. overall a very nice display piece for collectors or movie fans, and with a little sharpening it can be a good backyard cutter.
