I almost didn't write a review for this. After all, it's a set of tape dispensers. It dispenses tape, right? Well, I am really glad I bought this set because I needed one for upstairs, one for downstairs and one I gave to my daughter so her young boys would have one to use at the table when doing crafts. She was actually thrilled to get it because the one she had in her office was some kind of combo thing and she could't move the tape dispenser without taking the pens/pencils and some other stuff with it. Three problems solved! Thank you!

Good weight and sharp cutter

The reason we order these was because the ones we have had for over 30 years quit cutting the tape off like before. I'm sure the little blade just got worn out and it would require 2 hands to get it to cut the tape. Unfortunately the new dispenser I got isn't much better. You can't just simply grab the tape, pull, and cut it with one hand very easily. I'm disappointed.

Works as intended. Nice and sturdy. Definitely recommend.

It's weighted nicely, has a cushioned bottom so it won't mar a desk or other surface, and it's sharp where it needs to be. No complaints about this tape dispenser. Since it's from the Scotch brand, you know it'll fit all their refill rolls.

The tape dispensers are fine. The three I ordered were packaged individually and then all three in one box. Great. However, there was sand in the larger box. Can’t even imagine why a tablespoon of sand would add any value to shipping or the product.
