Q: You guys have nearly doubled the price of this product in just a few months fro $13.88 to $23.88. Why?

Freight costs have increased astronomically since covid-19 started. Unfortunately, this has caused price increases for nearly all products in the world. Blame the ocean freight companies for price gouging on shipping and container costs.

Q: The flavor of the Green Tea product seems to have changed recently (along with the packaging). Anyone else notice this?

Yes I noticed this! I just bought the green tea and it doesn’t taste good at all.. I tried to tolerate it since I spent money on it, but I couldn’t drink it!

Q: Has anyone else received a lighter bitter “bad batch” ? if they changed the green mint tea recipe lately, it’s horrible or fake product

Yes. Last two 12-bottle cases of the mint green tea were much lighter. Not as good as before and almost no mint taste. Like they were trying to get twice as much product out of the same amount of leaves.

Q: is the elegant jasmine green tea caffeinated?

All tea from tea leaves is caffeinated. Black has the most. Green has a little less. You can search Google for tea caffeination charts. The only "teas" that don't have caffeine are herbal teas, such as chamomile, because they are not tea leaves, but other plants/flowers that are being used.
