Helpful supplement
I add to drinks and smoothies especially when using a blender. Otherwise, it's not always easy to mix. No strong taste and helps maintain gut health

Great pre-biotic — no stomach issues
I had huge issues with inulin, but this has sunfiber that doesn’t bother my stomachs at all. Great pre-biotic.

No Grit!
I typically use this with smoothies, but I have also taken with water. It does not clump and form a paste like other fibers, which is a big plus in my book.

Works great.
I like this product because it dissolves quickly and has just a slight taste. I use a scoop and a half every day in my coffee with creamer to help with runny stools, as recommended by my doctor.

For digestive issues
The wife suffers from digestive issues and she got this based on a doctor recommending this. It has no flavor and is easy to take or mix with something. Long term results pending, but it does seem to help. 4 stars

Clear flavorless, no texture love this fiber! I have it in my coffee everyday. It was recommended by my functional doctor. Highly recommend.

Best Fiber Supplement Out There
I love this product. It contains Sun Fiber which trust me, is the only Fiber you should be taking for supplemental. It doesn't bloat you. I also tried another popular brand which was great. The reason this is my favorite is that it also includes some digestive enzymes in it which helps to activate probiotics.
