This little device is very handy. It gives me a place to store my headset safely and charges it at the same time. Also I like that the case can be charged with a standard micro usb cable saving me from carrying an extra cable. Plus this was half the price of the Poly version. You really can't go wrong with this.UPDATEYou can go wrong with this. The device stopped charging the headset after a couple of weeks. It is only good as a carrying case now. Very disappointed.

It does not charge the new plantronics headset I purchased for use with this. No instructions for use were provided with the unit. What a waste!!!!

It broke less than a year, but they were quick to replace it for me

Easy to use. Decent battery life. Good bang for the buck.The charger sucks though. Decent concept, but if there is a spec of dirt or its not lined up perfectly it will not charge. Also, why add another style cord I need to carry?

I am dissatisfied with the way it works. I am so disappointed. It does not connect properly and often disconnect while in use. I have used Legend before and have loved it but it was misplaced. I am disappointed with the purchase and wished I had bought the new one. The refurbished is no good.
