The cream is very sticky. Even after throwing socks in the washer the cream still may not come off, which is why I haven't used the cream in a few years. But I have developed multiple calluses on my feet and was in constant pain so purchased again, and will likely order at least one more bottle, as I do remember it helping at least somewhat.

Give it a week of daily usage. You can mix it with a daily moisturizer to thin out the viscosity.I thought my issues were solved after a year of use, but after a month of discontinued use, ugh, issues came back. This product is definitely a symptom treatment And a working one at that. It is now in my weekly regimen. Highly HIGHLY.recommend, and does what it claims. It’s on auto shipping now. PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING!!As someone who waited to do her research until after I bought the product and disliked it the second I put my hand in the cream I was confused as to why it was super sticky and super thick and sort of chalky…40% UREA CREAM IS HIGHLY CONCENTRATED so it is more likely to leave your skin feeling a bit chalky. If you don’t like that feeling or look on your skin try a 5-10% urea cream which you can get at most stores like target, Fred Meyer , Walmart, even safeway etc….Now that I’ve been using the cream it definitely has hydrates my skin and definitely seen the redness that comes along with my KP go down a little and will write a fuller review after purchasing a second bottle!

This exceeded my expectations. I almost returned it due to having a cheaper cream in a light green tub, but the other one wasn't doing anything after using it daily. I opened this and have used it 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks and I'm already seeing a huge difference. It started with peeling and then leaving my heels smoother. I struggle with dry, cracked heels and nothing has ever worked long-term so I am going to keep using this and see how it holds up. It's very thick, almost like melted marshmallow and it smells good.

This is the best cream I have used on my feet to keep them smooth. I regularly need pedicures to keep my feet from being dry, but using this regularly has helped keep them smooth. It’s very moisturizing and a nice thicker consistency, I always put it on and rub in after my shower. Then I put socks over it while it soaks in. Also put it on overnight with socks. My doctor recommended Urea and I am so glad I chose this one.

It works! I use it for my feet. I apply before bed and put socks on. The next day, they’re definitely soft but a bit chalky. I like it enough because it softens like it’s supposed to, but the texture is an absolute sensory NIGHTMARE for me - it feels like paste. I’ve used it on my legs before to try to get rid of my strawberry skin but it was sooo sticky and I hated the feeling of it on such a large surface area of my body. I much prefer the texture of the 40% urea cream from a different brand.

This is my second time purchasing this cream. I had severely cracked heels that nothing was helping, almost went to a podiatrist over it. I then started soaking my feet and applying the lotion at night, and my cracks have been healed. I would recommend getting silicone heel socks and a callus remover to use in conjunction with the cream, it’s really life-changing for your Feet. I purchased another recommended urea foot cream on Amazon, and I’m pretty sure the listed ingredients were not in it. It did not work as as well as this cream. The cream is legit.

This cream is VERY thick, hence it being packaged in a tub rather than a more sanitary option like a pump or squeeze tube. It's effective IF you apply it right. The key is to apply it to damp skin; otherwise, it will sit on the surface, dry, and crumble off in chalky flakes. You should still do this even if you mix it with another lotion to thin out the viscosity. In general, applying moisturizers to damp skin helps it absorb, but it's absolutely necessary for this product.
