Updated:Zulay responded to my inquiry. After a brief exchange via messaging on Amazon app, they shipped out a new frother as well as a mini frother. Both are working great. They also wrote a handwritten note saying that their family run business appreciates my support and business. I updated my review to five stars because of their response and the new product working great.Original:I ordered the frother in November 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. Although it would bog down in heavy whipping cream. It is now the beginning of March and the frother is no longer working all the time. The button only works maybe 10% of the time, so I have to keep pressing for it to eventually start spinning. I reached out to the company and have not received a response. Poor quality product and bad customer service.

I purchased this to mix my nutritional powders with liquid and honestly did not expect much. It operates with two AA batteries. What a nice surprise to get such a powerful device. Mixing is done in seconds - much better than a spoon. I already have a frother for my milk, but this is a great portable tool that has a new spot in my kitchen. The only thing I could want is possibly a stand, but that's not a big deal. Love the price point. I would definitely purchase this item again.

This inexpensive frother has totally changed my coffee/tea. Frothing hot milk in seconds for lattes like a barista every morning. But the most surprising of all--mixing Matcha and fancy Japanese tea powders. I could never get them dissolved and I disliked the lumps. But this frother has changed everything! Green Matcha, Hojicha, and next I will try Sobacha. I had a battery frother similar years ago, but it was weak and died soon after. This one works great! Highly recommend.

It’s easy to use and works well for lattes and matcha. I noticed that if I use it twice in a row, the power drops a bit and there’s a slight smell, but overall it’s still a useful little tool.

Bought this in October of 2022 I would not use very often but often enough. It just stopped working last month my mom misses it and I miss it it’s time to buy a new one 😅🙃 great product and great price 🙌🏽

I bought this milk frother to mix my husband’s nightly drink and his coffee, and it’s been fantastic! It’s an inexpensive option but still powerful enough to get the job done. It creates a smooth, creamy foam for his lattes and even works well for matcha and frappes.I love that it’s handheld, making it easy to use and clean. No need for a stand, which makes it even more convenient for storage. For the price, this frother is a great value, and it works exactly as needed. Definitely recommend it!

Works great- just needs a on and off switch- gets a little difficult to keep a solid press on the top power button, especially when making the viral coffee in a deep mason jar.

The first one I got( silver) was not powering on, despite following all the troubleshooting tips. Then I returned it( the returned process was super easy) and asked for a replacement( same color, silver). The item got shipped to me before I took the returned item back to the authorized return location
