Frida Mom All-Natural Herbal + Epsom Salt Sitz Bath Tablets

These tablets are incredible and easy to use! I love that there is no prep involved, you just drop a tablet in your tub and enjoy a soothing soak! It is an absolute must have for postpartum recovery, I can’t recommend these enough!

Giving birth left me with 3rd degree tearing, I spent more time getting stitched up than actively pushing. The stitches also took longer to dissolve than the 6-10 days the doctor described. I was sore, scratchy, and despite the large amount of laxatives and stool softeners they sent me home with, I still got hemorrhoids. After 3 weeks postpartum I bought these to help progress the healing and oh my gosh these are so fantastic. They help with the stitches (the ending of them was irritating but it was too soon for my doc to trim it) and also sooth my hemorroid pain. I couldn't recommend this or Frida Mom brand enough.

Moms, especially new ones need every time-saving efficient tool out there and these belong in your tool-kit. They work. Plain and simple. I am keeping them stocked for all future situations that call for a sitz bath because you never know when something suspect might show up down there and I want to know that relief is only a toss of a tablet away.

Everyone raves about the Frida Mom line but the tablets are definitely a must from their product line. This was used further along in my fourth trimester and I'm glad I had it on hand. No measuring, no bag to mess with, easy for storing too. When purchasing gifts for newborn, please don't forget about mom. The aches and pains of birth is no joke, pampering mom is greatly appreciated.

My first birth I didn’t sits bath. My second I did, and the difference was night and day. These tablets are easy to use, and make mama feel special when you’re working so hard to care for your newborn!! Helped with healing tearing more quickly, and healing my hemorrhoids before they broke (they broke the first time - without the sitz baths - and took months to heal rather than weeks, and we’re much more painful). Every birth is different, but I think the herbs really made a difference the second time postpartum for both the above issues, but also just for taking time to pamper myself. Ten minute sitz bath before a quick shower every few days was all it took to feel cared for :) ❤️

For the number of tablets you get, I would expect a lower price. Plus, for using in anything other than a sitz bath that you can set on the toilet, they're really inadequate. I have a big garden tub and would have to use 2-3 tablets just to get the concentration high enough in the 2-3 inches of water I'd put into the tub. Not really worth it.

These Sitz bath tablets should be in every new mom's postpartum arsenal. I am a mom of 4, my youngest being 2 months old, all vaginal births. Tearing is a an unfortunate part of childbirth that no one really talks about. So since no one talks about it, many new moms have no idea that they will experience it and aren't prepared for it at all. I love that these Sitz Bath tablets are already perfectly portioned and easy to use. You literally just drop one in and are ready to soak your sore vagina for immediate relief. I highly recommend them!

Love these tablets! They help so much with the healing process. I love that they are all natural too. Definitely a must have for your postpartum kit!

Product wasn’t even in tablet form. It was powder. Even using it measuring it didn’t work at all. Regular salt/other brands of sitz bath works much better
