I love this hot chocolate. Has a rich flavor is so good.

My most favorite cocoa ever. I make it with either lactose free milk or oat milk. Very rich and chocolatey but not sweet. Rather $$ but a tin lasts a long time and you can use less than 2 tbsp and still get a great rich cup. Emphasizing it’s not overly sweet. No aftertaste either. The best! Highly recommend!

Doesn’t have any crap like corn syrup and makes hot chocolate super easy. I like to add it to my coffee and milk to make a delicious mocha.

Came crushed. Couldn’t give as a gift. Both Amazon and Starbucks refused to allow me to return it for a refund.

Of all the hot cocoa mixes out there this has the perfect balance or cocoa and sweetness, great quality and easy to use.

Awesome, unbeatable flavor. No more home-made hot chocolate anymore at our house, not after tasting this amazing stuff! I keep it on hand all year round now, thanks to convenient ordering and quick delivery via Amazon. It's not easy to stir in though, but pre-heating it with a little milk in a cup in the microwave helps me to stir it in a wee bit more easily. If only I could find a decent battery-operated, hand-held stirrer. Too bad my old Mr. Coffee stirrer died because none of the other newer, copy-cat battery-operated, hand-held models work nearly as well as it did. I really miss it whenever trying to make this brand of hot chocolate. Oh, one complaint: The aluminum can is too thin, so I transfer the contents into an older, slightly heavier weight can, and then I toss out the lighter, thinner can that it's delivered it. Please, Starbucks, please don't cheapen the quality of the aluminum can so much because then folks won't keep buying it when the lid doesn't even fit very easily.

Great taste although a tad expensive. A pity both the tins I bought were dented. Not great for a present.

Well i have discovered the secret to great homemade cafe mocha. This is it. I have tried so many mocha sauces and syrups then i finally found this starbucks cocoa. Seriously follow the instructions on the can u will have a perfect starbucks mocha. I also use starbucks espresso whole beans so that helps to.
