Whole Caribbean Red Snapper 3 Lb. Avg(1-2 Fish) (Head On)

I know these were frozen, but I can't believe they had been frozen very long. I first had red snapper in the Mediterranean area . Never frozen. These tasted just as good. Amazing.

It was not as fresh as it seems to be.

The worst order that I have made in recent months. Product description was very very poor. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew how small the size was. I could have purchased it here in my area, no exorbitant shipping cost. We are at your mercy. Honesty is the best policy.

The snapper came in quick looked really good. The seller did a great job with the snapper itself, looked fresh, came in quick. The only thing that was a turn off was the fact that it was stated to be 3 pounds. If the seller specifies that an item is 3 pounds, it should be 3 pounds. Also I was charged an extra $34 for shipping, which is understandable.

Not as fresh as I had hoped

Beautiful FRESH fish. They are amazing. We froze the excess. The fish cook up beautifully & soo many lovely recipes. This is a mild fish, my favorite. It is light & flaky as opposed to mani mahi. This is more like a perch. I love them whole w/ Asian flavors. High quality & fresher than our local market. Impressive fish.
