My experience so far has been, overall, quite positive. The form factor is compact and convenient. It generally seems well-built, but the warranty adds some extra assurance. As far as dashcams generally go, the pictures for both the front camera and the cabin camera are quite clear, and the app allows you to adjust parameters as you like them. Reviewing the footage, I was able to make out signs and license plates reasonably well. I also really like the presence of GPS features like showing your speed/location. Huge plus there.I have to mention a few asterisks though:1. Obviously, you need to be buying a microSD card for the cam. But you need to buy one that is specifically made to endure the non-stop writes/rewrites of dash and security cams, as well as the extremity of the elements (cars get really hot and really cold).2. The android app is good once you get into it but signing up is a PAIN. It took me a bunch of tries because the "submit" button greyed itself out and wouldn't let me press it. My tip is to check the "I agree to terms and conditions, etc. etc." box first and THEN put in the verification code. Should work after that.

Amazing unit. Had it 30 seconds set up app ready to roll. Made well boxed well. Sale or no sale id buy it again. Sadly I had to return it tho as I didn't need it for my purpose anymore.

Had this for a little under a month, and it has been surviving the drastic temperature changes in inland California! Video quality for both the front and inside cameras are alright, and the audio is usable as well. Suction cup has not failed yet, just make sure you get a micro SD card before you start using it

Yes it was difficult to sign in to start an account, they definitely need to update their website. But once you do get logged in it's smooth sailing from there. I did have to purchase a memory card because it doesn't come with one. Camera quality is good and I really like that it's a dual dash cam.

Recently purchased this product - it was well packed securely and worked out of the box. The installation and quality of the recording is excellent! The customer support for this product is also very quick and efficient.

First unit arrived defective - and seller quickly exchanged it.Second unit was good - but with the substantial design problems below.Finally got the very specific sd card required for this unit - not included and needed to buy separately - and now the unit is fully set up - so ready to use the app.Downloaded the Ficam app - which is the only way to get into the settings - and the app does not work.No way to set up an account with the way it is designed - and just an endless loop of error messages.Because the Seller was responsive enough to refund the cost of this unit due to all the issues, I can afford to throw this unit in the garbage.Wasted enough time on this badly designed dash cam - will be buying the next one from a major manufacturer off Amazo - learned my lesson here.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Previous review:The COOAU Dash Cam D30 has great picture quality and I really like the built in camera to easily record the interior - but the dash cam needs some design improvements:1.the power cord plug that goes into the cigarette lighter outlet does not have a usb port to also charge your phone in the car - the dash cam plug hogs the whole thing, unlike other manufacturers that design that as standard2.the settings menu is very difficult to get to once you put an SD card in - the unit starts recording and does not allow you into settings, so you have to take out the SD card and set up the unit like the first time if you ever want to change a setting or you have to contact customer service for a better answer than in the manual3the Ficam app to use the wifi features is rated "3.2" on the PlayStore and the most recent reviews say it is full of glitches and causes many problems on phones it is used on - so proceed with caution.On the plus side the unit is one of the few that is designed to record forward and interior in one unit without running lots of cables and when I contacted customer service they were very responsive and addressed each concern.

Purchased this to go in a convertible since it has the built in rear facing camera. Overall quality is great. The camera clarity is good. Was very easy to set up and connect with the app. I would recommend this dash cam to anyone. The settings are easier to manage via the app such as loop length, audio settings etc. This is my 2nd dash cam.

I spent weeks trying to determine what was the best dashcam for my car. Used to have a cheap one that I got from Walmart and it just kept overheating and the like. However, after reading reviews and trying to compare prices... I came to the decision that I should get two of these cameras and oh boy, it did not dissapoint.It provides the information accurately, GPS and speed, the interface is super easy to use and it has quite a lot of settings to make the most of it. Decided to install them one in my own car and another one my small businesses' and I love how I can track where it has been when I am not driving it.Would recommend in no time.
