Great Book
Excellent condition. Will hold on to for future reference, definitely not worth getting rid of!

Concise is not feckless
Previous reviewer missed author's point. Essentials of the essentials here, but its not about the battles and intrigues, weaponry and wagons. Its an essay on some of the subtle whys. Not a klift notes type outline.

Well explained and supported by primary documents, great for under graduate studies or someone who enjoys history but does not have an archive.
