Perfect size container and well ground. Creates a beautiful yellow/orange when you cook. Use it in soups. Will not negatively flavor anything. When sprinkling over a hot pan, the steam can clog the cap a bit.

Very good for the price l gave a 4 because lm so use to McCormick .

I started eating tofu scramble when I had this ‘economy turmeric.’ It would turn out delicious every time. Then, I ran out of the turmeric and replaced it with one of the ‘healthier’ $7 organic glass jar brands of fresh turmeric. Funnily enough, I absolutely hated the way the ‘fresh, organic’ turmeric made my tofu scramble taste (grassy almost… like too fresh). So I went back and bought this ‘economy’ turmeric, and although it’s darker color and probably less fresh, my tofu scramble tastes amazing again!! Now the expensive fancy one is just collecting dust… :)

I buy this to make my tumeric shots. I do a lil tumeric in some water or drink and swig it down. it is an anti inflammatory so it helps with infections and all that. it has a strong taste not easy to cover but it does the trick. you just gotta be consistent! 1tsp daily in some sort of liquid and you start to feel better. good quality works well!!
