I found this cushion to do exactly as advertised. I used it on several international flights and my tail bone was not sore. Legs didn't feel like there was no circulation. Overall a good fit for me 5'10 215lbs flt time 12hrs plus

Very helpful for my partner who has back issues. This is great to have to alleviate pressure on the spine when seating options are hard or not very comfortable, such as benches or other hard chairs. Nice color (gray) and texture of cloth. I wish the carrying bag was just an inch or so wider to allow for easier in and out.

For the longest time, I would lug two pillows with me to the airport attached to my luggage - one memory foam one for my neck, and one bean filled one for my butt/lower back (depending on where support was needed); both however were really neck pillows. My bean pillow recently broke and so I figured I’d give this a shot as a replacement. On the downside, it is much bigger and a bit annoying to lug around at times, especially if you’re doing a lot of ground travel once the plane lands (ie connecting flight, going to a subway, etc). But ultimately it works way better at giving me a comfortable bottom than the bean neck pillow ever did, and so I can deal with the shape/size annoyance for a product that ultimately does a very good job. Recommended.

Love this for air travel!! Easy to use and comfortable

This pad is pretty thick and well made. I used it on a 5 hour flight. It saved my derrière. It folds and is lightweight. Easy to carry separately from my carry on. I expect it to hold up for many years.

Cushy but very high.Makes sitting in a plane comfortable as it increased the height of the seat by a couple of inches. Wish it was a little thinner but still as cushy.

I love my cushy tushy. Since it is portable I take to my office and it helps me a lot with my sciatic pain

This thing is VERY uncomfortable. Took on a long trip and it only ended up in the way. Takes up so much luggage space as well. Overall it is just too stiff and poorly designed to be effective. Waste of money for us.
