design flaw
I purchased this product even though after reading the reviews on how it is easily broken during use. I figured I'd be extra careful and it wouldn't break... I was wrong, it worked great for the first wash I did, then I put more solution in and i ran to the end of my hose and gave a little yank and the hose hit the plastic cup holding the solution and broke just like the other reviews have stated...

Great until it cracks and leaks all over
the design is great ,the hose fittings are well made , but the plastic cup seems strong but the first one cracked in my hand while switching from water to soap like the tank could not hold the pressure of the water going into the soap compartmentI asked for a replacement and it worked great three times until again while using it I noticed soap leaking out and looking closely found a tiny crack right by the top of the plastic cupAlso the one I received both times had a side mounted soap reservoir not like the one in the picture ,I mention this because the problem seems to be the plastic cup and since the side mounted one has a cap on the end I think it has a design flaw

Poor Design
Out of despiration I tried this product and was hoping for the best. Unforunately, there seem to be very few options for an upstream chemical injectors on the market. This one is not worth the effort. The chemical holding tank is far to small for any reasonbly sized task. The tank runs out of chemical within several minutes, requiring the operator to interrupt work constantly to refill. The tank is also directly fed by the incoming water, making the chemical concentration less and less over time. This provide an inconsistent delivery of chemicals as you work. The adjustment knob is unworkable, since it seems to either be "all on" or "all off". Others have complained about leaking. I couldn't care less about leaking, if this thing wasn't such a major hassle to use. I think I will try the Sutton injector next. I will be sending this one back.

Can be easily broken
Broke it, I wish the plastic cylinder have some padding to prevent it from breaking easily

container bottom broke making them useless. First one completely separated second unit cracked
NO! Just slowly scroll down buy something else and no one will get hurt.Bought two of these and they lasted 2-3 min each, container bottom broke making them useless.First one completely separated second unit cracked.The hose supplied with the units is a joke , to small to allow adequate water flow
