Seems to be working!
We used for our red claw crab tank and the little guys are thriving and doing so well!!! I’m sure there are many factors but some salinity is important for these crabs, so this seems to be doing the trick!

Too expensive to keep using
Its good salt but It’s much cheaper to get Omega Salt and mix it half strength for brackish water.

Great for brackish tanks.
Bought this salt for our 20 gallon fiddler crab tank and it works perfectly. It is maybe not the most cost effective salt additive; you can buy marine salt for cheaper.Folks seem confused about aquarium salt. API aquarium salt is NOT for brackish/saltwater tanks. It does not supply the necessary nutrients, minerals, etc. THIS brackish salt can be used for brackish or saltwater setups, although, as stated previously, not likely the most inexpensive option if you have a larger tank.

Make sure you read the directions and measure correctly. Glad it doesnt actuall have salt in it.
Product works great. Way easier then trying to get the actual salt gravity correct for brackish water. I also tested this with a small planted tank to see if the plants would survive as stated on the bottle. Plants had no problems. Which is awesome because now I can put plants in my brackish tank.

Buyer be aware
This is a good marine salt however when I recieved the product and opened it for use, it was one solid brick of salt. I had to chisel at it for a bit just to be able to break it up enough to measure it in to table spoons. So be aware if you do buy this product it may or may not come bricked!

Added Brackish Salt to my Seachem Aresenal.
While a little pricier than alternatives, the salt "blend" approach seems most appropriate to me.With a mixed tank of fish from varied locations my fish are getting some of their home environment. Simple, clear instructions along with easy dosing and if needed excellent customer service.I'm clearly a fan, but not one of their products has let me down. I can't say that for any other brand.
