David and God's Giant Victory: Biblical Values, Level 2 (I Can Read! / Dennis Jones Series)

My 6 yo grandson loved reading this book with me. He would read a page, then I would read the next. The illustrations are interesting and kept him and his little brothers attention. Just enough details for a child's understanding. I like the length of the book. They stayed interested until the end. I bought 3 from this series and they wanted to read all 3!

I love that the “I Can Read” series includes Bible books and all sorts of life lessons! These books have been a great learning tool for my 3rd grader.

I love it because even though the story is simplified for children to understand, it does not lose content and is Biblical sound. Also, I've been looking for books that would engage my children's attention, and they absolutely love the pictures, colors and all the details in every page. I am very happy with this collection, and I wish there were more books, specially on the OT prophets.

I Can Read Books, made it easy for children to read and understand the Bible stories. Boy's love David and how brave he was. It make it fun for them to read by themselves or to a family member, teacher, or librarian. We love these books in our school. This is also a book on the AR read level list ( for teachers).

This is a wonderful book! My son and I love reading it! The illustrations are amazing and I'm just so blessed to have found books like these.

Love these books and the illustration. Bought it for my 5 year old granddaughter who is learning to read...when I found these books I jumped at the chance to get them
