It is LIKE NEW. The best phone I owned and I love it. It satisfied all my needs and recommended it to everyone including my husband. It is sturdy, accessories work perfectly, has every feature I want, light weight yet has all the features I need. The notes and stylus used to be very useful for college and work (I was and PhD student RA and took lots of notes).Camera is perfect as well as all the apps and the memory.Unlike the iPhone I owned before this didn't stop easily from a drop of rain. The cahrger is good however the cord loosened last month (3 years later) and bought new one type c of Amazon.Buy it you will love it

The phone was in original packaging and works excellent. I waited a bit to review to make sure everything was ok and so far I've been very satisfied. The camera is absolutely fantastic, the stylus works amazing and all the features are as described. I did not realize that there is no voicemail if you buy an unlocked phone and have AT&T though, and that really sucks. However, it has nothing to do with the seller or phone, but with the actual service company. AT&T has VVM blocked unless you buy from them, which is just ridiculous. This device did come with a foreign charger, and the seller included an adapter, however the adapter was a Chinese adapter, so was useless to me here in the US. I had to buy a charger separate in order to charge the phone, but at $10, that's no big deal. All in all, I would say it's definitely worth your money!

Upgraded from an ancient and buggy Galaxy J7 Prime and, while the $450 price tag was hard to justify at first, I've found myself actually wanting to use my phone now instead of just using it as a needlessly expensive alarm clock. I'll always be primarily a desktop user, but the Note 10 Lite is super fast and has tons of features that actually make the mobile experience enjoyable for once.The screen (2400x1080) is great and vibrant, the cameras with all their automatic enhancements and manual settings are incredible (including ultra-wide, telephoto/macro, 4k/1080p 60fps videos, etc.), the S-Pen is a fun tool for sketching up random ideas or writing notes, the single bottom speaker is very clear and loud, wi-fi works flawlessly, and even setting up the phone was as simple as slotting in my previous T-Mobile sim card and letting the Note 10 Lite automatically set everything up.My main problem is with the fingerprint sensor. Sometimes it works flawlessly 10 times in a row, sometimes I'm standing there like an idiot mashing my finger against the screen for several seconds until it finally times out and asks me to enter my pin. I've tried re-registering my prints several times, made sure the screen and my fingers are clean, etc., I think something is just buggy with this iteration of the technology. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely an annoying quirk when it starts acting up. I haven't tried face unlock, so I don't know if it has similar issues.Additionally, when using the S-Pen in apps that register pen pressure, there appears to be a weird "deadzone" that spans the top 1/4 of the screen and the far right edge. The pen still registers, but pen strokes come out looking much less prominent in a distinct pattern across multiple apps. The only info I can find about this is that some people have phone cases with magnets (ex: battery packs) which are messing with the screen, but I just have a soft plastic case and the deadzone is still there even with it off. There's a diagnostic you can run by calling *#0*#, but the S-Pen settings all pass with no issue, so my guess is it's something about the camera hub placement on back of the phone. It's not a big enough problem that I'd go through the hassle of returning the phone after almost 2 months, but 'm not sure how to fix it and it's definitely a little unfortunate on an otherwise amazing phone.

Bought this phone in March it is now May and the touchscreen occasionally stops working. For the price of this phone I would not expect to be having this issue so early, not even a year yet since I've had this phone. The last phone I had was a A20 and I never had this issue. After researching about this problem I realized that this is a common issue with this phone and had I known i would not have bought it and it is too late now to return it. This is just ridiculous.

Works great! I love this phone and its definitely worth the money. I only have to change it once during the day and even if I have to charge it. Charges super fast and lasts most of the day. Finger print works well but doesn't work as well with a screen protector on it. Call quality is so much better. Even when I am playing games to pass the time on my way to work. Super sound quality when I listen to music. So far no problems with it. Picture quality is great too
