True HiFi design based kit, excellent for learning concepts and making a High Quality Amplifier.
The media could not be loaded. This kit is based on a very good design (3-stage Lin amplifier with emitter follower output) and will not only help you learn good concepts, but give you a true HiFi amplifier better than most. This design is even better than the famous Rod Elliott's P3A! Do consider however that this amp is not output short circuit protected other than the on board fuses. Also, there is no delay implemented that will prevent thump on start-on, but then speaker protection boards can be integrated seperately.Dual output transistors make this board capable of driving loads of 2 ohms, though I would recommend 4/8 ohm loads as ideal. The PCB layout is well thought out and looks neat and professional. The PCB itself is also a good quality with masking protecting the tracks, and clear print on the components side.Overall, for the price, this is an unbeatable kit!The support from VASP Electronics was also very responsive with the key engineer even calling me back to discuss the design and answer my questions. His enthusiasm and patience was remarkable.Thank you VASP electronics for a wonderful experience!

This kit is designed to deliver only 200 watt of power to the speaker. 4 traqnsistor design does not give 400 watts
