Works well. As small as it is, it seems like it could go a long way. I could work it into the skin on my entire forearm with a dime-size squirt. Even still, I often have eczema irritated rashes all over so I worry I'll still burn through it a little quicker than I'd like. I also feel it could be a little stronger.It's intended for just the irritated areas but I would like it as a body wash or a cream.I sought out this because I was reminded of how my skin used to clear up so great when I swam all the time in a chlorine pool as a kid. I have done a bleach bath once or twice which works great too since bleach and chlorine are similar, except chlorine is much stronger than bleach. Baths just arent feasible here bc it takes too long & tub is too small. So now I can use this product instead and for the really bad areas, I can spray with a water bottle filled with water mixed with a tiny dot of bleach (rinse off).

This cleanser is so gentle. Perfect if you have very sensitive skin.

I waited about two weeks after receipt of this product to review it since one never knows how long it will take to work, if it will work or if you’ll have luck and then go backwards. I am happy to report this cleanser REALLY has worked on not only my dermatitis but also on acne! I suffered with acne in my 20’s and 30’s that took three dermatologists, a decade and finally Accutane to stop. Treatments would work but then my acne would “overcome” them and we’d have to move on. Well, after clear skin for years I suddenly would get rapidly appearing breakouts on my forehead. I thought it was acne, my derm said it appeared to be dermatitis (great!) and proscribed me tacrolimus ointment which we believed to be a miracle. My skin returned to nearly flawless for several years. Then, I could not believe I started getting dermatitis patches on my forehead (one in the same spot the size of a quarter) and in my “t-zone” around my nose it didn't do a thing for. Ugh!My dermatologist had moved away so I returned to a former one that I had some luck with. I just made it clear this had to stop. We tried an anti-fungal pill twice that helped while I was taking it but I would flare up when off and it isn’t mean for long term use. We tried Elidel which DOES help but only 75%. Then, I recalled having a staph infection on my leg years ago and my doctor recommending a bleach bath. It was a miracle at the time. I then read online about bleach baths helping dermatitis and feeling stupid having not thought of it when this started gave it a shot. YES, I know you are not supposed to submerge your head when you are in a beach bath but that was where my problem was so I did for 30 seconds at a time several times during the bath and CURED. My skin cleared almost immediately but I realized I needed to do it every few days to keep it working. Not a good idea. I was thrilled to spot this product when I typed “bleach bath” into the search field on Amazon.I find it pricey but I bought the less expensive 8 ounce body wash instead of the 2 ounce facial wash hoping for results. BINGO! I now can apply this to my face while in the shower (avoid the eyes!) lather my body with my regular body wash while I let this sit, rinse and my dermatitis remains 95% clear. I was getting a lot of drying the first week it seems to have stopped as my skin adjusted. I do get some slight redness that Elidel will keep in check in concert with this product but this wash is going most of the work. I'm sure of it. I now am convinced this is stopping my facial dermatitis finally. It really leaves your skin feeling clean and if I even have a slight itch (a sign of a breakout) it stops it as soon as I use it once. It has also killed a few small pimples that started which I love. So I’m giving this 4 stars only because it is so pricey for the ingredients you are getting but I finally do not have to feel embarrassed yet again about my skin.

Great product

Did not irritate my skin at all. Rather it helped me tremendously with an HS flare. Used it both as a wash of the area plus a dab method. Healing time was much quicker with this product and alter dab method with MyMagic Healer Cream (the green and the purple; both on Amazon). Godsend for this painful condition.

I had an all over rash for weeks. Creams from Dr didn't work, creams from the store didn't work, I was miserable!This worked fast! Within one week of using the rash was gone, I used it 1-2 times a week now just incase.Not harsh (I have sensitive skin) and quick to work. It's a little pricy but 100% worth the cost!!

I received the product immediately and I love the wash, but it came without a cap, only the silver seal was in place.
