Seems like really Natural ingredients an non irritating if u get the unscrnted ones
Haven't tried this bag yet they were just delivered. However seem to provide good moisture. After flora/biom test came back 100% Bifidobacterium breve urogynecologists said do probiotics when I told her I had some o these she told me th ingredients were really good

Moisturizing
It's very moisturizing which i like. It eventually helps with my regulating my ph, but with my recurring BV I think I may need something more aggressive... something with more stains or just more in general.

First of all took so long to arrive! Makes you wonder where it came from as well as the reliability of the supplier. The individual suppositories are very difficult to remove from the foi and ' In doing so even with small scissors they broke in pieces...I would never recommend this item
