TL;DR - perfect replacement remote, works brilliantly. Not so sure it is a genuine Samsung one but I don't really mindThis is a perfectly good and functional remote control. It functions perfectly, if a little slower on response time but that's very marginal to be honest. For the price, it's brilliant.But, I am not convinced this was made by Samsung. It does have the Samsung logo on etc. but it feels different to the original. It's lighter and the plastic feels very different. The buttons also have a slightly different feel. Plus of course the price is very unlike Samsung :) Unless Samsung have changed the way they make these, I suspect it is a clone.I am not that bothered by this as I did not pay Samsung prices but I thought I should point out that it does not seem original to me.

An exact swap out for the supplied remote. Works perfectly! Bought for my parents after the original remote stopped working due to a leaky battery

This remote is exactly the same as my original, if anything its overall performance is better and quicker. It's a 100% genuine, Samsung remote. Thanks Samsung Store.

Looks original got this as the original was lost in the house, couldn’t find at the time, and this was great it works perfectly and no settings required, original cost 3 to 4 times more. And this does same thing. happy with the remote.

very good product only problem it came with 1 month free amazon prime which i dont want they dont ask you if you want it they just tell you that you get it not impressed i would prefer to be asked
