They work!

These do a great job of managing bladder leakage, however, the pads don't always adhere to stretchy synthetic fabric like spandex. When this happens it's a real problem keeping the pad in position when the adhesive doesn't work. I haven't kept a running tally, but I'd guess this adhesive failure with the synthetic occurred about 20% of the time. Otherwise, with 100% cotton, it's a very good product and I've had no adhesive problems with cotton.

I would highly recommend this product for absorbency and comfort. Absolutely my new first choice in lighter protective products.

These really do the job, I've been using them for years and they are the best! Never have let me down. Very comfortable and I'm not aware I'm wearing one. The only downside is that they take 3 weeks to get here, but planning ahead works just fine. Highly recommended and be sure to order 3 weeks before you need them!

I like the feel and texture but they bunch up in the middle. I sized down by one droplet hoping to eliminate bunching, but I guess bunching is just a thing that happens. I can't find a good fit in any manufacturer's, and I've tried many.
