MIDO Ocean Star Tribute - Swiss Automatic Watch for Men - 40.5mm Stainless Steel Case

Very high quality, nicely presented, good price/quality ratio. One of many excellent sub-brands from Swatch that often overlap a bit in appearance and movements-but all nicely made and reliable.

This is a really nice retro diver modeled after their 1960’s Ocean Star divers. Nice comfortable size, not too big again in the retro fashion of a smaller dive watch. The olive green color of the dial and bezel is fantastic and really comes alive in sunlight. Indices are printed in white and a good size. Hands are perfect for the dial and the orange twin lollipop second hand is another throwback to the 60’s and really pops. The case is all polished with aggressive crown guards, the crown itself is perfectly sized and nicely signed. The domed sapphire crystal is outstanding again with the retro theme. I really like the cloth/leather strap, great color high quality and comfortable. The buckle matches the case, highly polished and nicely signed. This is a true driver with a screw down crown and case back and 200 meters of water resistance. That said there are a couple negatives to the watch. 1) the lume is weak especially on the indices 2) the grip on the bezel is not good making the 60 click bezel very hard to turn. Because of these two issues a 4.5 rating would be more accurate then 5. Finally the power 80 movement, this is the third watch I have with it, other two are Tissot. I’m a fan, long power reserve and all I own are very accurate. This one is well within COSC standards. Really love the style of this watch, brings a smile to my face every time I look at it.

This is not my first Mido - I am well familial with this very reputable watch brand. This remake of their diver's watch is absolutely great. From the first impression - I really have nothing to say other than - go for it and enjoy the detailing and craftsmanship of Mido.!

The package didn’t come with the usual 2-year international warranty. Plus the box came weirdly organized and the serial number codes stickers didn’t come with it either.

Very beautiful watch, no brushed areas on the case or band- completely polished. Intricate steel bracelet with great divers extension. Very accurate movement with an 80 hour power reserve. The included strap is a nice touch. Day and date complications are color matched to the dial.

Fantastic watch. Better than most of the luxury brands for weight, comfort and ease of setting and handling.

文字盤の色がレトロでとても気に入りました。 1日つけて、置いておきましたら、３日と１時間半くらい動いていました。 バンドのコマ詰めは、ちょっと手間どりました。 傷つけたくないかたは、店でやってもらいましょう。

Mi ha veramente stregato. Uno stile vintage ben riprodotto con gli indici stampati e bracciale e cassa lavorati a lucido. La dimensione da 40.5 è la perfetta via di mezzo tra la sportività e la portabilità. La corona avvitata è precisa e molto comoda, la carica da 80 ore è pressocché infinita. Ottimo il bracciale, comodo e ben costruito. A voler fare i pignoli l'unica cosa che mancherebbe è la micro regolazione alla clasp. È presente però una regolazione rapida per la muta.

fa finta di non capire quanto di chiede il reso il giorno stesso ed inventa scuse al telefono. Bisogna aprire le pratiche AZ di protezione amazon, lunghissime e che fanno comodo al tizio per avere il rimborso. E sto parlando di un orologio di 1000 euro; non bruscolini. Se si vedono le pagine, si scopre che vende tutt'altro e di altro valore. diffiderei a comprare pure le forbici da questo qui
