Highly recommended. Very satisfied with the display brightness level adjustment that has a suitable range of brightness levels. The digital alarm clock is is well designed and easy to set alarms. The alarm has 5 volume so you can adjust it to the volume. The controls are very easy to understand. The clock works well . Both temperature and humidity readings are quite accurate. It has a high quality look. This is definitely the best alarm clock I've purchased so I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again, considering it good value for money.

I am so happy with this business 😊 I really love the clock, which I originally received as a gift. Sadly, the cord broke, so I emailed about the lifetime warranty, and I expected to wait a while, but they got back to me really quickly! They were so patient and helpful with the whole process, and sent me a new clock as soon as everything was figured out. I really like the clock design, it is so cute and classy, and very convenient for my desk. It has lots of awesome functions (military or regular time, 3 different alarms, temperature, and a brightness feature!). The clock I had before all the buttons and writing were black, but the new one they sent me has black with white writing, for better readability, which I really like. And I appreciate that they sent me everything so quickly and were so attentive and helpful during the whole process. This is the best experience I have ever had with applying a lifetime warranty (often it is really hard to activate/use it) so that was wonderful. Anyways, yay! I have a new clock that works again! 5 stars 🌟 And thank you Ava and Customer care for helping me and being so kind ^-

I was looking for a simple clock with temperature and humidity display. Seems all the others with those features had a mirrored face, which I don't like at all. When I look at a clock I don't want to see me - LOL This one looked nice and had the features I wanted at a good price. The clock works well, but there does seem to be a glitch with some, where the lowest brightness setting (L1 which is supposed to be 2%), doesn't work. The next level up (L2 at 10%) works fine, and is not too bright for my bedroom, but I was curious to see the dimmer setting. I contacted JALL support at the email address provided, and they responded within 24 hours with some suggestions to check and remedy the issue. I tried their suggestions but it did not resolve the issue. I contacted them again and they apologized for the issue and offered to send me a replacement unit at no extra charge, and to keep the one I had already received. The replacement arrived in a few days, but it also had the L1 issue. I contacted them and they apologized again, acknowledged that some units had that issue, and offered to refund my purchase price. I was quite impressed by their replies and continued concern for my satisfaction. I told them I did not want the refund. I've now received 2 clocks for the price of one, and the L1 brightness issue was only a minor inconvenience. These folks are great to deal with. They are responsive, personable, polite, and have proven they truly care about customer satisfaction. Technically I give four stars for the clock, and 5 stars for JALL!

I used to have cable TV in my bedroom. The cable company’s box would constantly give me the time, whether or not I was watching TV. I got rid of the cable box in my room and now use the TV in there just for streaming. So up until today, if I wanted to know what time it was, I would have to look at my phone. I needed a simple and clear clock that I could place next to the TV and be able to tell the time while I am watching TV I decided on this one because it also gives me temperature and humidity level. I just received this a little while ago and I already installed it. I must say, it is a very attractive and well designed clock. And for the affordable price, I could not pass it up. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it keeps accurate time. You see, I already removed my cable box from the bedroom and I am fighting with the cable company about a serious issue. It looks like I may be getting rid of the cable company once and for all and just stick to streaming. So I am going to be in the market for a second clock to put by the TV cabinet in the living room!.

I love the look of this clock. I purchased the clock in yellow (natural wood color) in 2022 and it worked great until recently when the time became inaccurate. I contacted customer service and found out there is a lifetime warranty!! A new clock was sent, and the new version is even better with an easy-to-use dial on the back to adjust the brightness and additional buttons to easily change the settings. I can turn the brightness up in morning for daytime use and easily turn it down when going to sleep. I am impressed. Thanks for the great customer service!

This is a great little clock at a terrific price! It's just about perfect for our guest room - small, light, very easy to set, great display including room temperature with a convenient scroll wheel for brightness and settings, and the wireless charger works great. I only have 2 very minor complaints: (1) it doesn't have a USB port on the back for standard charging cables and (2) it doesn't have a wireless charging logo or indicator on top so we have to tell our guests or they wouldn't know. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, and in particular the whitewash wood finish is very nice and matches any decor so I recommend that color.

This device is a great all-in-one product. The alarm can be set separately for weekdays and weekends, and the brightness is adjustable. Both temperature and humidity readings are quite accurate. I love that it’s plug-in so I don’t have to deal with batteries. It has a high-quality look and feel—definitely a fantastic buy for this price!

El reloj se ve bonito pero instructivo viene en otro idioma que al traducirlo al español deja mucho que desear. Su configuracion es complicada y en oscuridad total es MUY brillante lo que provocó que lo quitara definitivamente. Mala compra.
